Therapy

If you are looking for a therapist, one resource you can use is Psychology Today. You can access their list of local therapists here: Find a Therapist with Psychology Today. Just click on the link, type in your area code or city, and search. You can filter searches by which insurances are accepted, the type of therapy desired, or which issues the therapist specializes in. Psychology Today also provides information about which therapists are currently accepting new patients as well as therapists' contact information.
