About Us
We are located at 3710 Landmark Drive, Columbia, SC 29204. Our building is in the business park across from Richland Fashion Mall on the corner or Forest Drive and Beltline Blvd. Our office is in suite 202 located on the second floor. When you get off the elevator, go straight and you will see the door for our office.
Our office hours are:
Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm
Thursday and Friday 8:30am-12:00pm
If you call our office during these times and are sent to voicemail, it means that we are on the line with another patient. Please leave us a message and our staff will return your call as soon as possible. If you call our office outside of these times, you will reach our answering service. If it is an urgent matter, you can have the answering service contact the doctor on call. If it is not urgent, please call back during our office hours.
We are open Monday-Friday. Our office does close for holidays. Dates of closure include:
Monday September 5th for Labor Day
Wednesday November 23rd-Friday November 25 for Thanksgiving
December 24th and 25th for Christmas
During times that our office is closed, you can send your doctor a message on Luminello. However, please be aware that they may not check the message until they are back in the office. If it is an emergency, go to the emergency room or call 911.
